Key Responsibilities:
1. 3D Animation - Craft smooth, high-quality product, object, and character animations using Blender.
2. Character & Product Motion - Animate realistic and stylized movement for characters, objects, and digital assets.
3. Rigging & Skinning - Set up and refine rigs for characters, props, and mechanical animations. (will be appreciated)
4. Motion Graphics & Compositing - Integrate After Effects-based motion graphics and visual effects into animations.
5. Lighting & Rendering - Apply lighting techniques for photorealistic and stylized animations.
6. Storytelling & Concept Development - Transform ideas into engaging animated sequences.
7. Collaboration - Work with modelers, designers, and creative leads to ensure animations align with project goals.
8. Optimization & Efficiency - Optimize animations for smooth playback and rendering.
9. Industry Awareness - Stay updated on the latest animation trends, techniques, and software advancements.
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in 3D animation, motion design, or a related field
2. Candidates who have graduated within the last 1 year or are scheduled to graduate this year are eligible
Work Environment Requirements:
1. A PC/Laptop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, a mid-end processor, an Rtx graphics card, and an OS of your choice.
2. An internet connectivity with a minimum of 50 MBPS, and with an uninterrupted power supply.
3. A quiet and uninterrupted working environment with a dedicated workspace.
Note: Regardless of experience, all selected candidates must complete a probation period.
Post-Probation Salary:
Annual CTC: 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 / year

1. Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation, rigging, and motion design
2. Proficiency in Blender 3D (Cinema 4D is a plus)
3. Understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, physics)
4. Experience in character and product animation
5. Basic rigging and skinning skills
6. Lighting and shading knowledge for enhanced visual appeal
7. After Effects expertise for motion graphics and compositing
8. Bonus: Experience in Houdini, Maya, or Unreal Engine
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
