2. Conduct regular check-ins to gauge client satisfaction and gather feedback.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
4. Monitor client accounts for performance and upsell opportunities.
5. Prepare reports on account status and performance.

2. Experience in relationship or account management
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
