About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain good relationships with all clients, ensuring exceptional client service
2. Understand our range of products (Health Insurance, Life insurance, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, etc) and ability to convey it to potential clients
3. Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and market updates
4. Recommend/Cross-sell financial products, including investments, insurance, and retirement plans
5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery
