Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expertise: Build comprehensive knowledge of Dubai's real estate sector, including prominent projects, key developers, and current market trends.
Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to invite them to our exclusive Dubai Property Expos.
Expo Support: Assist clients during expos, facilitating introductions to developers and highlighting prime investment opportunities.
Project Presentations: Provide clients with thorough presentations on various Dubai real estate projects, helping them make informed investment choices.
Sales Facilitation: Oversee and close property sales with interested clients, guiding them through the buying process.
Post-Expo Relationship Management: Continue engagement with clients after expos, answering their questions and exploring additional investment opportunities.
Lead Tracking: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure effective management of leads.

Qualifications:
Open to Graduates and Postgraduates.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively within a team.
Confident in presenting real estate projects both in person and over the phone.
Professional grooming and appearance.
Ability to effectively guide clients through their decision-making process.
