Quality Control Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Quality inspection & assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks on sarees at various production stages.
Inspect fabric, weaving, embroidery, embellishments, and stitching for any defects.
Ensure products meet export standards, brand specifications, and customer expectations.

2. Defect identification & resolution:
Identify issues like color variations, stitching errors, loose threads, or embellishment defects.
Work with the production and tailoring teams to correct defects before shipment.
Implement quality control measures to reduce future defects.

3. Packaging & final checks:
Ensure sarees are properly ironed, folded, and packed according to export standards.
Verify tags, labels, and packaging materials before dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for export shipments.

4. Documentation & reporting:
Maintain detailed records of quality checks, defects found, and corrective actions taken.
Prepare quality control reports for management and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and quality certifications.

5. Collaboration & process improvement:
Work closely with the production, embroidery, and tailoring teams to maintain quality consistency.
Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and minimize defects.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for ethnic wear quality control.
