We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced 'Quality Control Executive' to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality and safety before they reach the market. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality assurance:
-Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for toy manufacturing.
-Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality standards.
2. Testing and inspection:
-Perform various tests on products to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
-Use precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product quality.
-Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-works and waste, and inputting data into the quality database.
3. Problem-solving:
-Identify quality issues and recommend solutions to address them.
-Work with the production team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality.
4. Reporting and documentation:
-Maintain detailed records of testing and inspection activities.
-Prepare and present quality reports to management.
-Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with internal and external requirements.
5. Training and development:
-Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards.
-Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
6. Collaboration:
-Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure quality is built into the product design.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field
-Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control
-Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
-Familiarity with safety regulations and standards specific to the toy industry.
-Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and machines.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
