The primary responsibilities include managing an activity center, conducting home studies, and facilitating group discussions and meetings. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent coordination skills with diverse stakeholders, including parents, children, volunteers, and other professionals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and execute developmentally appropriate, engaging activities
2. Cultivate a love for learning through play-based and hands-on activities
3. Establish a supportive and inclusive environment to promote social and emotional growth
4. Implement strategies fostering effective communication, cooperation, and empathy among children
5. Foster open and transparent communication with parents

7. Budgeting for the program focused on the learning centers and assuring that CSR funds are raised by the same
8. Work on managing donor relations, planning their visits, providing timely reports, and sharing fund utilization reports
9. Maintain accurate records of individual child progress and development
10. Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and reports
11. Conduct home studies to assess the needs and conditions of families
