1. Review documents, assess underwriting requirements and request for additional information.
2. Assess applications and other documents to triage APS requirement.
3. Respond to customer inquiries by replying on emails and review Underwriter request and take appropriate action to procure the same.
4. Enter Underwriting decision into system, generate disclosure letters for adverse decisions and adjust schedule to accommodate peak work periods or department workload.
5. Build APS ordering guidelines considering medical terminology, diagnosis, treatment, laboratory testing, prognosis and non-medical legal, compliance, occupations and underwriting principles.
6. Possess knowledge of insurance law, multiple state statutes, regulation and compliance requirements, medical terminology, treatment, testing and prognosis and maintain confidentiality of information.
1. Eligibility: Open to non-technical freshers or postgraduates.
2. Experience of Medical record Summarization/ review would be an added advantage.
3. Should have good typing skills.
4. Candidates with Insurance qualifications/ certifications will be preferred.
5. This is a US shift-based role; candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
