Key responsibilities:

1. Amount recovery: Engage with customers to recover outstanding amounts through effective communication and negotiation. Develop and implement recovery strategies, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations. Collaborate closely with the finance team for accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of recovered amounts
2. Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional products, services, or upgrades to existing customers. Craft persuasive upselling pitches, emphasizing the value and benefits of additional offerings. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to tailor upselling strategies to customer segments
3. Customer engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
