1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. A Master’s degree is preferred.
3. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Personality Development Trainer, Learning & Development Trainer, or in a similar role.
4. Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, especially in a higher education setting.
5. Strong understanding of personality development, emotional intelligence, and professional skills training.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
8. Certified in relevant training programs (e.g., NLP, Coaching, DISC, MBTI) is an added advantage.
