Key responsibilities:

1. Research advertising trends
2. Research competitors pricing and products
3. Decide on the appropriate placement of ads
4. Determine what content will reach customers
5. Develop projects to create content
6. Publish digital marketing content online
7. Implement email marketing campaigns
8. Work on social media marketing - developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
9. Work on search engine optimization (SEO) - developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to a website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results
10. Handle pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns - sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results
11. Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
12. Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
13. Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
14. Prepare emails to send out to customers
