We are looking for a Payroll Associate to join our HR& Admin department ( Female candidates only)
Job Location : Hybrid (However we prefer candidates from Chennai)
Qualification: MBA in HR Mandatory
Experience: Freshers( Internship Experience can also be considered
Salary: up to 3LPA
Responsibilities
Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
Calculate bonuses and allowances
Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
Report on payroll expenses
Required skills
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
