About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on stations at a set of pre-defined clinics, hospitals, or healthcare centers (Could be 2-3 centers/hospitals in a day)
2. Booking slots for product demonstration and visiting patients as per slots
3. Giving patients basic health tips or giving a presentation on lifestyle modification and then taking them through program pitch
4. Making the program pitch to the patients and/or caregivers in OPD/CCU/ward patients
5. Following up with patients who have shown interest in the product for registration and onboarding
6. Working with the doctor s staff and office and maintaining a database of patients who have shown interest in the product and patients who have signed up
7. Giving timely updates to doctor(s) about their patient s information post demonstration as well as post onboarding
8. Coordinating with the doctor(s) about patient camps and awareness sessions if any
9. Coordinating with the company about patient progress, patient requirements, and queries in a timely manner

Note: In addition to the monthly salary, you will also be eligible for a daily allowance of INR 250 (per working day) and incentives as per performance.

4. B. Pharm/ D.Pharm/ BSc (Science/Nutrition)/ MSW (Master of Social Work)

5. Healthcare product or service exposure/patient-facing exposure will be an additional qualification

6. Preferable experience as a coordinator/counselor/secretary/assistant in a hospital, diagnostic lab, or radiology lab

7. Must be well-versed with basic English and local languages

8. Willingness to travel by bike or local conveyance to more than 1 hospital if required within the city/base location

9. Experience: 0-2 years
