About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidates will be required to help us with delivering the lessons in the classroom.
2. Plan activities and tasks which ensures student engagement and learning.
3. Conduct assessments and reports for parent feedback sessions.
4. Be able to conduct the batch independently post training.

Note:

a. Adequate training and professional upskilling opportunities will be offered.
b. This is a part time vacancy from 3 PM to 9.

Other requirements

1. Candidates need to have a minimum 1-3 year experience in handling teaching needs of young learners.

2. Graduates and/or ECCED candidates preferred for teaching position.

3. Freshers can be considered for assistant teacher position.

4. Should have excellent communication skills and be able to contribute in activity based learning methods.

5. Candidates should be open to learn new skills and concept.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
