1. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of psychic experts on the platform
2. Implement strategies for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding new experts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

4. Improve processes continuously to ensure optimal service delivery and a superior experience for both experts and users
5. Drive efficiency and effectiveness across operations through innovative, tech-driven solutions

7. Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively implement process enhancements to streamline operations
