About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the B2B sales team to onboard new schools effectively
2. Work on setting up the lab with the school team and procurement team
3. Establish and nurture relationships with school point-of-contacts (POCs) to ensure their satisfaction
4. Create and manage class schedules for trainers in alignment with school requirements
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the execution process
6. Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and meet our quality standards
7. Ensure a proper reporting system for all the above work

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields

2. 2 years of experience in B2B relationship management in the education sector

3. Proven ability to maintain, renew, and establish partnerships within schools

4. Experience executing programs within schools and introducing new initiatives

5. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and strategic skills are essential
