As an operation associate, you will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing and fulfillment. Your role will involve a variety of tasks related to managing inventory, processing orders, and supporting the overall operations in our office environment.

1. Order processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company guidelines.
2. Inventory management: Assist with inventory control, including stock organization, restocking, and monitoring inventory levels.
3. Operational support: Help with daily operational tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment process.
4. Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
5. Customer service: Address any order-related queries and ensure a high level of service.
