Operations Associate Fresher Job

We are seeking a motivated and creative operations associate to join our team and take the lead in promoting the upcoming Codeavour competition and driving collaborations and lead generation for the competition. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for revolutionizing the education sector.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the requirements for each Codeavour event
2. Plan events with attention to financial and time constraints
3. Book venues and schedule speakers for Codeavour
4. Research vendors (catering, decorators, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
5. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
6. Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, etc.)
7. Do final checks on the event day to ensure everything meets standards
8. Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
9. Evaluate the event s success and submit reports

Requirements:

1. Master s degree in management, hospitality, business administration, mass comm, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
2. Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment
3. Proven track record of creative, successful events
4. Experience working with colleagues in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communications
5. Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills
6. Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset
