We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive operations assistant to join our Operations team at Voyaah.com. The primary responsibility of this role is to curate and manage visual content, including images and videos, for our travel website and app. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our offerings and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. OKRs:
a. Source high-quality images from the internet for cataloguing purposes, focusing on destinations and premium hotels/resorts and other experiences featured on Voyaah.com.
b. Conduct extensive research on various holiday destinations and leisure travel to gather information and create a comprehensive bank of videos and images.
c. Edit images and videos to standardize them according to brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency.
d. Collaborate closely with the design team to align on creative direction and ensure timely delivery of visual assets.
e. Work with the operations team to integrate visual content into our platform effectively.
f. Maintain and update creative asset databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
g. Coordinate with external vendors for sourcing images and other collaterals.
h. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal queries related to creative assets and visual merchandizing.
i. Assist in other operational tasks and projects as assigned.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
1. Graduate/Fresher or have less than 1 year of work experience.
2. Basic understanding of Photoshop or any other editing software.
3. Proactive and can work with minimal supervision.
4. Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual quality and consistency.
5. Obsessively organized and have the ability to learn quickly.
6. Bonus points if you:
a. Have an internship of a similar nature.
b. Are passionate about travel.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,75,000 - 2,80,000 /year
