About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office.
2. Deliver documents, packages, and other items as needed.
3. Prepare and serve refreshments for meetings and events.
4. Help with office supply inventory management and reordering.
5. Support administrative staff with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
6. Run errands as required.
7. Assist with setting up meeting rooms and equipment.
8. Maintain the office pantry and ensure it is stocked and tidy.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by Managers.
