Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Theni, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, Salem, and Karur. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience and possess essential skills in patient care, critical thinking, and communication.

Time: 10 to 6 (Mon to Sat)
Qualififcation: B.sc Nursing / Anm / Gnm

Qualifications and Skills
Strong abilities in patient care to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients at all times.
Effective critical thinking skills to assess and respond to patient needs promptly and accurately.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical staff.
Keen attention to detail to accurately administer medications and record patient information.
Solid medical knowledge to understand and implement healthcare procedures.
Experience or familiarity with conducting body checkups to monitor and record patient vitals.
Ability to understand and interpret prescriptions to provide appropriate medication to patients.
Knowledge of various medications and their administration to ensure effective patient treatment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor patient health by performing regular checkups, such as taking vital signs and assessing symptoms.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and overall comfort under supervision.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Respond promptly to patient calls and take appropriate action in emergencies.
