Job overview: We are looking for a diligent Pre Sales Associate to be responsible for the entire journey of customer acquisition before closing the deal. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented person, excelling in communication and people skills as pre-sales have a significant impact on the company's bottom line and performance. This role involves using effective sales strategies to pitch the company products and services to prospects and potential clients and to ensure that they have a strong understanding of the services and products provided.
Key responsibilities:
1. Pitching and explaining company services to prospective and current clients and qualifying the leads for the sales team
2. Working closely with the sales team to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
3. Working on customer research, database handling, lead qualification, and sales prospecting
4. Working on the preparation of customer proposal
5. Responding to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers
6. Creating a sales pitch for the sales team
7. Liaising with managers to provide feedback from clients about the service requirements
8. Keeping abreast of market trends & competitor landscapes
Skills/Qualifications required:

5. Deep understanding of company services in order to pitch the solutions as per customer requirements and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service
