Management Trainee - HR Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Orientation : Improvising the orientation programme with smooth implementation of connect initiative
2. Corporate Communication: Assist in implementing effective corporate communication on different intervals through online and offline channel (Social Media, Employee Press Monitor, Positive Communication, Joining communication)
3. Learning & Development: Support for end-to-end learning intervention within the organization across all levels from Training Need Identification to Training Delivery
4. Engagement, Recognition & Wellness: The role will support to drive various wellness initiatives, rewards & recognition and employee engagement activities within the organization as per the calendar
5. CSR : Supporting to Millennium's CSR Initiative
