Position : Management Trainee - Business Development (Specialty Chemicals)
Job Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi
Educational Requirement: B.Sc. (Chemistry)/B. Tech (Chemical) with MBA Marketing
Experience: Freshers & Or 1 to 2 years B2B Sales work experience in chemical industry

The job entails developing/generating business for speciality chemical products by supporting in implementing/executing strategies for growth through the product lines of leading principals. We represent to achieve the division's targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio in the Speciality Chemical Division.
2. Identify and develop potential customers, schedule meetings, and monitor sales
progress.
3. Conduct follow-ups with both current and new clients regarding orders, sample
feedback, and payment collection.
4. Understand customer needs and requirements to deliver value-added solutions.
5. Generate and maintain a customer database.
6. Actively participate in exhibitions to promote specialty chemical products,
generate new leads, and monitor sales activities.
7. Ensure 12-15 days of customer visits within the assigned region.
8. Provides additional administrative support to sales representatives.
