Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to the customers from the provided database and follow the telecalling script
2. Brief the customers about products, services, plans, and benefits, and provide them the solutions as per the customer needs
3. Schedule interested customers' appointments with the business/relationship manager
4. Communicate and coordinate with the relationship manager for smooth closure of the lead
5. Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
