Key responsibilities:

1. Make inbound and outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
2. Promote educational courses and products and persuade customers to take action.
3. Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns
4. Maintain detailed records of calls, including customer responses and outcomes.
5. Meet or exceed sales or performance targets set by the organization.

Other requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

2. Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or a similar role.

3. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

4. Strong communication in any 2 of the languages - English is mandatory and 2nd language can be Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil.

5. Ability to handle queries, and rejections, and maintain a positive attitude.

6. Familiarity with telecalling software, IVRS, and CRM tools.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
