We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Software Tester to join our dynamic team at Zedex Info Private Limited. Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues
2. Collaborate closely with software developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
3. Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to cover various scenarios, ensuring thorough test coverage
4. Perform functional, regression, performance, and compatibility testing across multiple browsers and devices
5. Identify, report, and track defects using issue tracking systems, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication of issues
6. Participate in design and requirement reviews, providing valuable input to improve software quality from an early stage
7. Automate test cases where applicable to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the testing process
8. Work on continuously enhancing testing processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve the overall product quality
9. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to create and maintain a comprehensive repository of test artifacts and documentation
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to web testing
