Job Title: Junior Sales Associate
Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role focused on new business development, lead generation, account management, and client communication. This position is ideal for individuals who are just starting their careers in sales or have up to 1 year of experience. We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in the agriculture or BFSI sectors. Experience in startups is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute creative outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, emails, social selling, and direct mail, to effectively engage busy prospects.
2. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks, BFSIs, startups, FPOs, NGOs, government agencies, and corporates, to support the growth and scaling of technical solutions.
3. Stay informed about market dynamics and adapt product offerings based on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
4. Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic sustainability initiatives across the organization.
5. Assist in establishing best practices for analytics and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.
6. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set, qualified leads worked, deals closed, etc.).
7. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate critical decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Strong interest in new business development and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and account management skills.
- A keen interest in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to prepare and present proposals and sales reports.
- Experience or interest in the Agri-tech/BFSI industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
