Junior Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working under the guidance of the recruitment lead/manager
2. Sourcing qualified candidates through conventional and non-conventional methods
3. Interpreting, analyzing and understanding the client requirements and effectively utilizing job boards and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates
4. Recruiting and delivering potential candidates as per the client s requirements promptly
5. Negotiating rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements

The recruiter will get on-the-job training for a set period to learn US Staffing techniques and then start.
