Junior Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment data management in HRMIS.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
3. Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
4. Help draft internal communications related to HR policies, events, or updates.
5. Assist in maintaining communication channels with employees and initial basic conversations with candidates.
6. Monthly timesheet preparation
7. Calling the candidates from LinkedIn and references
8. Keeping the recruitment Excel sheet updated with the required information
9. Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
10. Handling incoming calls and emails to the HR department.
11. Assisting with special projects or initiatives as assigned by HR managers.
12. Coordinating interview schedules
13. Participating in employee engagement initiatives.
14. Helping to organize employee events and activities.
14. Provide general support to the HR department as needed.
