Junior Data Entry Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage entire help desk activities as an associate at all public hospitals and medical colleges in the above-mentioned districts
2. Provide solutions to patients' queries
3. Help patients with medical scheme benefits and the process for getting it
4. Guide the overall process of claim settlement and the issue of health cards and any other query
5. Issue medical cards after validating required documents as per the mentioned guidelines
6. Provide round-the-clock support with the help of other Associates
7. Report back to team leaders with daily activities
8. Oversee all the IT assets provided at the workstations

Requirements:

1. Must be a graduate of any stream
2. A candidate having prior work experience in healthcare background is preferred
3. Fluent communication in both verbal and written in English and Hindi
4. Having adequate functional knowledge in computer and MS Office applications along with the handling of Printers and other hardware devices like webcam, biometric machine

Gender preferred: Male/Female
Age criteria: 20 to 40 years
Working hours: 8:30 hours
6 Days a week, with a rotational shift
24*7 working with 1 week off in a week (nightshift for males only)
