Does landscape & green building entice you? We are looking for architects to explore designing and executing various landscape projects, and working on green building certification process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Be creative and handle key landscape projects.
2. Conduct site visits as and when required by the client or as per the requirement of the project.
3. Prepare presentations as per project specifications.
4. Coordinate with engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth working of projects.
5. Regularly communicate with clients to keep them updated with the project status.
Location: Chembur, Mumbai.
Work time: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
1. Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized institution .
2. Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office)
3. Efficient in making presentations, photoshop, SketchUp, etc.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
We are an architectural firm. We have been practicing since 2005 and successfully executing landscape design and development and green building certification. Our clientele ranges from L&T, Kotak, RPGF, etc.
