As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in effectively promoting and convincing companies to participate in our B2B trade exhibitions in India and Abroad. Your role will primarily involve conducting inside sales activities, including tele-calling, email campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships and closing the leads
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inside sales activities to promote and sell exhibition booths and trade services.
2. Utilize tele-calling and email campaigns to generate leads and engage potential clients.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
4. Actively participate in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
5. Source, collate, and update data for key exhibitions and conferences to support sales efforts.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve collective goals.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends to management.

Other requirements
1. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
2. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to relationship-building.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Familiarity with cold calling techniques and experience in lead generation.
5. Graduates preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
6. Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the exhibition or events industry.
