Key Responsibilities:

1. International sales & marketing:
a. Develop strategic plans for international markets.
b. Identify new market opportunities and establish strong client relationships.
c. Conduct market research and create impactful campaigns.
d. Represent the company at global trade shows.

2. Import-export operations:
a. Manage the entire import-export process.
b.Ensure compliance with trade laws.
c. Oversee shipping and logistics.

3. Business development:
a. Engage potential clients, prepare proposals, and close deals.

4. Hiring & talent acquisition:
a. Assist in recruitment efforts, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

5. Documentation & reporting:
a. Maintain records of transactions and generate reports on sales performance.

Advanced Excel Canva English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, or related fields.

2. Very good English language skills (written and spoken) and exceptional communication abilities are a must.

3. Experience in international sales, marketing, and import-export operations.

4. Knowledge of global trade regulations and shipping logistics.

5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,00,001 /year
