Human Resources (HR) Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates
2. Review resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates
3. Coordinate and sometimes conduct interviews with potential hires
4. Facilitate the orientation process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the organization
5. Address and mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management
6. Implement programs and initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement
7. Manage and resolve employee grievances and complaints
8. Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and employment regulations
9. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
10. Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions
11. Assist in developing and managing compensation structures
12. Oversee employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
13. Coordinate with payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing
14. Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions or workshops
15. Support employees' career development through mentoring, coaching, and providing growth opportunities
16. Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems
17. Provide support for setting performance goals and offering constructive feedback
18. Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and hiring statistics
19. Prepare reports for senior management on various HR-related issues
20. Handle various HR documentation tasks, including employment contracts and policy manuals
21. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns regarding HR matters
