We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic human resources executive to join our team at Voxelstudio One Private Limited. If you have excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, along with a strong understanding of Google Suite and human resource information systems (HRIS), we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and procedures
2. Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide timely resolution or escalation as needed. Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication, addressing conflicts, and organizing team-building activities
3. Performance management: Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Support managers in identifying training and development needs and coordinating learning opportunities for employees
4. HR administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters, and ensure adherence to legal requirements
5. Policy development and compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a fair and inclusive work environment. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities and transactions
6. Employee engagement and welfare: Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, including events, celebrations, and recognition programs, to enhance morale and motivation. Coordinate employee welfare programs and benefits administration, such as health insurance, leave management, and employee assistance programs

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Salary
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
