Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with the hiring manager, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring of the new employee
2. Develop creative sourcing techniques to get extraordinary talents
3. Partner with the external vendors in building a hiring talent funnel
4. Identify recruitment priorities and develop a strategy to fill the openings
5. Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees
6. Lead the hiring flow and recruitment process by scheduling interviews, extending job offers, and onboarding talent
7. Represent the company in job fairs, recruiting events, and open houses
8. Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads
9. Create exceptional candidate experience
