Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
2. Organize birthdays, work anniversaries, and festival celebrations
3. Maintain attendance and travel details of the marketing team
4. Implement performance review procedures and employee management
5. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
6. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
7. Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
8. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software

Requirements:

1. Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Excel, in particular)
2. Demonstrable leadership abilities
3. Solid communication skills
4. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
5. Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
6. Graduation or post-graduation in BBA, B.Com, or MBA
