About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on manpower planning & recruitment
2. Work on resume screening through job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
3. Work on taking 1st round of interviews
4. Ensure timely disbursal of salaries and other reimbursements to employees
5. Track daily attendance
6. Manage the back office and front office staff
7. Make reports and maintain Excel sheets
8. Manage employee benefits like Pf, ESI gratuity, etc.
9. Visit our other showrooms and workshops as per the company's requirements

Qualification: MBA/BBA/B.Com.
