About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on recruitment strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates with proficiency in subjects such as math, science, chemistry, and biology.
2. Handle job posting & sourcing: Post job openings on multiple job boards, social media platforms, and educational forums. Utilize various sourcing channels like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals to attract potential candidates.
3. Work on candidate screening & interviewing: Review resumes, screen candidates for their qualifications, and conduct initial interviews to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Handle onboarding & documentation: Handle the onboarding process for new hires.
