You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. You will be at the forefront of innovative HR trends, leveraging technology, data, and forward-thinking strategies to drive organizational success.
Key responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and onboarding: Source and attract candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork
2. Performance management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes. Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations and skill assessments. Maintain accurate records of employee performance data and assist in succession planning
3. HR operations: Manage HR databases and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely manner. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, collaborating with finance and other departments as needed
4. Compliance and reporting: Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure HR practices remain compliant. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement. Support audits and inspections by providing relevant HR documentation and information
