Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Screen resumes and application forms.
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
4. Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
5. Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
6. Participate in organizing company events and career days.
7. Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and handle HR-related documentation.
8. Maintain employee attendance and update it accordingly.
9. Spearheaded seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
10. Efficiently handle the exit process, ensuring a positive departure experience.
