As an HR trainee at Atrina, you will gain practical experience and insight into various aspects of HR operations within a dynamic, technologically advanced environment. Your role will involve hands-on involvement in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, with the opportunity to closely work with experienced HR professionals. Key responsibilities:
1. Candidate engagement and sourcing:
i. Help identify and attract suitable applicants through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
ii. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary evaluations to shortlist potential candidates.
2. Candidate screening and assessment:
i. Assist in planning and scheduling interviews.
ii. Facilitate interview sessions for hiring managers and gather feedback on candidate assessments.
3. Hiring process assistance:
i. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
ii. Coordinate recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate travel arrangements, and meeting space reservations.
iii. Create necessary paperwork for hiring, such as offer letters, interview guidelines, and candidate evaluation forms.
4. Employer branding and recruitment marketing:
i. Contribute to job advertisement creation and posting on various platforms.
ii. Assist in organizing and participating in campus placement drives.
5. Administrative responsibility handling:
i. Contribute to the generation of recruitment reports and metrics to track progress in recruiting activities and update spreadsheets and databases accordingly.
6. Operational tasks handling:
i. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing HR-related correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files.
7. Employee record management:
i. Maintain and update employee records and databases.
ii. Ensure that all HR documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.
8. Employee engagement:
i. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
ii. Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
