About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
2. Support the HR team in onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration process.
3. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees, including coordinating logistics, communicating schedules, and tracking attendance.
4. Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.
5. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
6. Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
7. Assist in conducting HR-related research, benchmarking studies, and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
8. Handle general inquiries and assist employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
9. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes, policies, and practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
