1. Research, develop, and support talent management and talent development initiatives, such as 360-degree feedback, goal setting, performance management, leadership development, managerial skill building, talent review exercise, employee engagement, employee experience diversity initiatives
2. Collect regular market intelligence for the above, prepare presentations/reports to aid decision-making
3. Update current policies/processes notes as required and create new guidelines for the people processes
4. Maintain the employee data related to the above, share MIS, reports, and insights
5. Take on administration tasks within the HR function
6. Provide support and backup to team members for other programs as required
7. End-to-end user acceptance testing of talent portals
