2. Prepare and serve healthy food items, such as Millet Samosa, Millet Momos, Millet Wraps, and Millet Waffles, and Beverages according to established recipes
3. Take customer orders, process payments, and provide friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times, including regularly cleaning and sanitizing the food cart, utensils, and food preparation/serving areas
5. Monitor and manage food inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service
6. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring proper storage and handling of food items to maintain quality and safety standards
7. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and transactions, and handle cash and UPI transactions responsibly
8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and courteously, resolving issues promptly and escalating as necessary
9. Collaborate with superiors to ensure efficient workflow, assist with food preparation during peak times, and support the overall success of the outlet operation
10. Stay updated on current menu items, promotions, and special offers to provide accurate information to customers and upsell when appropriate
11. Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment
