1. Studying design briefs and determining requirements
2. Scheduling projects and defining budget constraints
3. Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
4. Preparing rough drafts and present ideas
5. Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
6. Using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
7. Working with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
8. Testing graphics across various media
9. Amending designs after feedback
10. Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Knowing motion graphics is considered an advantage
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,20,000 /year
