We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer to join our team at our Bommanahalli, Bengaluru location. As a graphic designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visual content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence. From designing captivating logos to creating engaging social media posts and carousels, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to our success.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop visually appealing designs for various platforms including digital media, print materials, presentations, and marketing collateral
2. Create and refine logos that effectively represent brand identity and values
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives
4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of color theory, typography, and brand guidelines in all design work
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and effectiveness
Must-have skills:
1. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
2. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and brand identity principles
3. Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
4. Ability to understand and interpret brand guidelines effectively
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any related field or relevant experience
2. Open to freshers as well as candidates with 1-2 years of experience
3. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including social media posts, statics and other relevant work
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
