As a 'General Management Trainee', you will be placed based on your skills in one of the various departments, including sales, marketing, accounts & finance, hr, logistics, and e-commerce operations & sales. You will gain hands-on experience, develop key skills, and contribute to the company's strategic goals while preparing for future leadership roles.
