Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and responsive applications (e.g., building user authentication, creating forms, integrating with APIs).
2. Build robust APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
3. Develop back-end logic using Python, Java, or a similar language.
4. Manage and interact with MongoDB databases.
5. Implement front-end functionality using React, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
6. Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and unit-tested code.
7. Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest web development trends and technologies.
9. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
10. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and efficiency of the code.
11. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
12. Ensure to build a scalable product that is ready to be used by millions++.
13. Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development process.
Requirements:
1. A good understanding of UX/UI design & development is a plus.
2. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
3. Has a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience with at least two projects showcasing your ability to build full-stack applications (personal projects, open-source contributions, or commercial experience).
3. Strong proficiency in front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
4. Solid understanding of back-end development principles (Node.js, Express.js, Python, Java).
5. Experience with MongoDB or a similar NoSQL database.
6. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Familiarity with Git version control.
10. Cloud skills (AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus.
